As system architect you are responsible for the high-level concept design, system budgeting and implementation of proposed technologies in high tech mechatronic systems. Creating innovative solutions, managing an enthusiastic team and coaching younger employees are like a second nature to you. You're not only able to practice technological development at the highest level, but also have the ability to convince, inspire, develop and motivate others. Profile: - Above average analytical and thinking skills
- Multiple years of experience in diverse applications
- You are an acknowledged specialist in control, dynamics, electronics and/or mechanics and a generalist in mechatronics
- Team player with good communications and coaching skills

Job description
You are responsible for the design of innovative concepts and the realization of prototypes. Typical series for our customers comprise one to several dozens a year. You are passionate about high tech systems and applying construction principles in them. In our fast growing organization it is your role to coach younger designers.
