CtrlX Flow HS

MI-Partners has contributed to the developed a prototype for the ctrlX FLOW HS system of Bosch Rexroth. Our main focus has been the design of both the actuator and the guidance system. Moreover, we have contributed to the system integration that enabled demonstration at the SPS 2023 fair in Nuremberg, Germany.

Bosch Rexroth is active in the field of, amongst others, conveyor systems. For the next generation systems, MI-Partners teamed up with Bosch to develop ctrlX FLOW HS, a plug-and-play, high-speed linear transportation solution with adequate flexibility. See the video.

One of the main development challenges was the focus on industrialization in parallel with prototype development.
