Over the last years, MI-Partners has been working on a complex mechatronic module with very high levels of precision and cleanliness in order to meet the requirements of ultra-high vacuum operation. After a successful Assembly & Test phase, the module has been shipped to our long term end-customer, active in the semiconductor industry. A great achievement and proud moment for our engineers and our partners in an industry where not only confidentiality, but also modesty is a key value.
